It would be nice if the Informer module sent the name of the file and/or title of the video in the email, not simply that a video had been processed1 vote
The informer node should now report what file it was acting on when it’s email.
I'm sure something like this is already in the works, but some videos have a really ugly filename, using metadata or Regex to build a title would be awesome.1 vote
this has been rolled out to production today! Firepype now reads metadata from within the video file to build the title, description and tags when uploading to YouTube and Vimeo
My default YouTube settings are for all new videos to be set to "Public."
All videos uploaded via FirePype are automatically set to "Private."
Obviously, this makes the process not completely automatic, since the user needs to make videos public after uploading.
The option to set Public or Private on the Pype would allow for either.
At very least, FirePype shouldn't override the default settings.1 vote
we have added privacy settings when uploading to YouTube and Vimeo
When uploading to YouTube, the title is the file name, including the file extension.
Automatically removing the extension would be a big plus.1 vote
we now strip the extension of the video file name when uploading to youtube and vimeo. If you embed title, description and tags it will use those before it defaults to the filename
It would be a nice improvement to add the Dailymotion platform
this has been rolled out officially in Firepype Release 13.09
We have updated the player to allow you to select anywhere in the progress bar and skip forward and backward.
We have also implemented volume, and full screen mode (for videos)
french, hebrew, spanish, germain and russian have now been added to the podcast language setting
We have a video show and we want to provide 3 versions to iTunes : an HD stream, a SD stream AND an audio only stream version1 vote
Actually this can already be done. I have created a walk through that shows you how you can do this and more. There are a few nuances and things that need to be cleaned up but you idea is exactly the type of problem we created Firepype to solve.
Have a look at the video below and let me know if you have any questions.
have an any video in to any video out type node that could convert and resize video0 votes
we now can convert videos from many different formats
create an any in to any out audio converter node that could also take a video and rip it's audio out into a selected format0 votes
this has been added and should be working.
